Vertex Associates Limited is partnering with a premium retail brand to recruit a People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Central London with a hybrid working pattern. You will work closely with senior leaders to support a broad range of people initiatives across the organisation.

The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on HR support, requiring strong stakeholder management, expert knowledge of employment law, and a track record of improving employee experience

• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret people metrics and provide meaningful insights.
• Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded business during an exciting period, working closely with senior leaders to support a broad range of people initiatives across the organisation.

The role offers a mix of strategic business partnering and hands-on HR support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and helping create a positive employee experience. Based in Central London, the position operates on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in the office.
