Job summary

A Hampshire-based engineering and manufacturing group seeks a senior HR/People leader to build the strategic people function from the boardroom to the shop floor. You will sit on the senior leadership team, own organisational design, workforce planning, reward frameworks, and succession planning, driving benchmarking and pay reviews to support growth.

This on-site role requires commercial fluency, ability to analyse people costs, and to influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior HR qualification.
• Experience as a senior HR leader in high-growth environments.
• Track record of building strategy-driven HR capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own organisational design and workforce planning aligned to growth plans.
• Lead reward and pay benchmarking including annual pay reviews.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
