You will bring extensive HR expertise, ideally from an academic setting, and strong analytical capabilities to support evidence-based decisions and effective change across the school.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional HR knowledge and experience, ideally in academe.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
