Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking an experienced People Delivery Partner to support a major organisational change programme on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

Travel to sites will be required as part of the role. You will work closely with senior leaders and strategy teams to move operating model proposals from concept through consultation and into implementation, translating strategy into practical people plans and managing risks across multiple strands.

• Significant experience across restructuring, organisational design and operating model implementation.
• Strong experience leading employee consultation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge at senior level.
• Strong knowledge of the people and employment implications of organisational change.
• The ability to turn strategic proposals into detailed, practical delivery plans.
• Strong project/programme management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

People Delivery Partner – Organisational Change & Restructuring - 6-month FTC

Glasgow | Travel required

We’re looking for an experienced People Delivery Partner to join a high-profile organisational change programme, supporting significant restructuring and operating model transformation across a large, complex organisation.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who enjoys being close to the action - taking strategic proposals, challenging and shaping them from a People perspective, and then owning the people activity required to bring those changes to life.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with senior leaders and the Business Strategy team, you’ll play a key role in taking organisational design and operating model proposals from concept through consultation and into implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert People/HR input into organisational design and future operating models.

• Challenging proposals constructively and ensuring they are practical, legally sound and deliverable.

• Leading end‑to‑end employee consultation activity, working with senior stakeholders and employee representatives.
