Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Senior Analyst to own end-to-end payroll and pension accuracy, compliance and service delivery across our UK and ROI sites. You’ll work with payroll colleagues, pension providers and stakeholders to resolve complex pensions matters and ensure timely, accurate employee payments.

With strong pensions expertise and advanced Excel skills, you will navigate auto-enrolment and regulatory requirements while supporting monthly payroll cycles and reconciliations

Qualifications

• Extensive pensions subject matter expertise in large, complex environments.
• Full understanding of auto-enrolment and workplace pension schemes.
• Experience working with pension providers and regulators.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience with payroll cycles, reconciliations and payroll controls.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of payroll and pension accuracy, compliance and service delivery.
• Collaborate with payroll colleagues, pension providers and stakeholders; act as the go-to for complex pensions matters.
• Provide expert guidance on a wide range of pension queries and regulatory interpretations.
• Support payroll operations across UK and ROI to ensure accurate payments and compliant processes.
