Join Our Strategic Partnerships Team

As a Project Coordinator within Twinkl’s Strategic Partnerships team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational resources in collaboration with some of the world’s biggest names. With our partnership work growing rapidly in scale and importance, you’ll provide crucial day-to-day support to ensure everything runs smoothly - from detailed planning and team communications to international project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the Project Manager and wider team by keeping projects on track, coordinating internal teams, and helping ensure every partner receives timely updates and outstanding service. Your efforts will help us scale our global impact while maintaining the quality and consistency our partners expect.

Ongoing Projects/how You’ll Spend Your Day

Production Coordination

  • Drive daily coordination of a team of writers, editors and designers to keep high-profile projects moving and on track.
  • Be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant project management tools (e.g., Jira), tracking task progress, and identifying risks before they become roadblocks.
  • Help lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, or retros to ensure everyone is aligned and empowered.
  • Keep the big picture in focus by managing project timelines, team dashboards, and weekly reports that provide clear visibility to stakeholders.

Champion Partner Communication

  • Coordinate feedback from our partners to ensure it’s communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and track meeting agendas, follow-up actions and confirm timely resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain detailed communication with international teams to ensure timely delivery of high-impact projects.

Identify and Propose Process Improvements

  • Support and collaborate with the Project Manager in designing and implementing new processes that drive productivity and efficiency.

In This Role, You Will Learn

  • How to manage complex, high-impact projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Best practices in project management, including project planning, resource tracking, stakeholder updates, and risk mitigation.
  • How to use tools such as Jira and Google Workspace for project tracking progress, reporting, and improving workflows.
  • How to collaborate with global teams across time zones and disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • How to communicate professionally and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, from internal creative teams to international brand partners.
  • How to handle and integrate partner feedback, ensuring changes are implemented effectively while maintaining project timelines.
  • How to identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose meaningful, data-informed improvements that have real impact.
  • How to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and coordinate workloads in a high-stakes environment.

  • The Strategic Partnerships team at Twinkl
  • The Brand Marketing team at Twinkl
  • Some of the largest organisations in the world, from Hollywood studios, production studios, major publishing houses, leading charities and public figures

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar suites
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Adept at tracking small but crucial details across different projects
  • Excellent and clear communication
  • Eagerness to suggest new ideas or creative solutions
  • Proactive about identifying potential obstacles and troubleshooting them early
  • Experience producing clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different stakeholders
