Qualifications

• Passion for the Foundation’s mission and activities, with enthusiasm for the voluntary sector.
• Proven experience in delivering, developing and managing programmes and partnerships across charity, community and corporate sectors.
• An inspiring, energising and adaptable relationship builder, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A natural connector, a skilled communicator and presenter, with strong interpersonal abilities who leads with positivity and clarity.
• Accountable for delivering large-scale partnership plans and confident bringing bold ideas to co-develop new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local, national, and international programmes and partnerships, acting as the main contact and ensuring delivery aligns with the Foundation’s goals.
• Undertake local and national visits to build cooperation and collaboration with delivery partners.
• Monitor and evaluate impact through regular updates and visits, review partnerships, develop plans and present reports for the Board and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing team to manage relationships with Official Partners and develop new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships via delivery, communications, or fundraising.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and grant payments, ensuring compliance and alignment with agreements.
• Oversee national programmes like SFS with Youth Sport Trust and Barclays; plan and deliver events.
• Provide strategic guidance and budgeting oversight for WJTI; enhance visibility and oversee delivery.
• Develop plans with disaster relief partners for international partnerships and report progress.
