Job summary

CDW is seeking a commercially minded Partnerships Manager to lead philanthropy, donation, work experience and coworker volunteer programmes across UK&I. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives for HR, you will manage relationships with non-profit partners and align activities with business outcomes.

You will translate global Social Impact strategies into operational UKI plans, embed social impact into the business, and drive measurable engagement and impact across teams and communities.

Qualifications

• CSR/ESG experience or volunteer/programme management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience using metrics and reporting to show impact
• Ability to work cross-functionally and globally

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a coworker volunteer and engagement strategy for the UK
• Translate global Social Impact strategies into UKI plans
• Oversee all UK Social Impact initiatives and partnerships
• Build region-specific Social Impact initiatives with leaders
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones and resources
• Plan and execute work experience activities supporting CDW goals
• Evaluate and promote volunteer policies and platforms including matching gifts
• Utilise data and AI tools to improve efficiency and impact
