Job summary

FearFree is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow its sustainable income through corporate partnerships, major gifts and new opportunities. You will cultivate relationships with organisations, donors and partners, and develop compelling propositions that convert into long-term support.

Working with the Head of Income Generation, you will maintain a qualified pipeline, track progress against targets and ensure ethical fundraising. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fundraising or partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of corporate partnerships, securing multi-year commitments.
• Identify, research, cultivate and steward major donors capable of significant gifts.
• Identify emerging income opportunities including social value and new partnerships.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline with values, stages and probabilities and report on income against targets.
