Job summary

Generation UK is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager in Liverpool to win and grow employer partnerships that hire our graduates. You will prospect, pitch, and close new partners, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and nurture long-term collaborations across England.

This is a hybrid, permanent role (40 hours) with a salary of £35,700–£36,771 per year plus up to 10% bonus; travel across England and monthly Liverpool office presence required.

Qualifications

• Proven record of winning new business and building pipeline from scratch.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders in B2B contexts.
• Strong prospecting, outbound outreach, and multi-channel outreach experience.
• Ability to manage complex, consultative deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Structured pipeline management and accurate forecasting in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Win new employer partners who hire Generation graduates.
• Pitch and close strategic partnerships and social value packages.
• Drive hiring partnerships and employer-embedded cohorts.
• Build and nurture a national employer base, with focus on Liverpool.
