Job summary

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is seeking a Partnerships Manager in Wimbledon for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours weekly) with hybrid working. You will develop, govern and maximise value from CIPD's partnerships, overseeing governance, commercial relations, and cross-functional delivery to ensure sustainable outcomes aligned with CIPD’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial partnership role.
• Experience of contract negotiation and creation.
• Knowledge of procurement and due diligence processes.
• Experience in dealing with legal considerations in relation to brand, IP, data.
• Experience of partnership and product management cycles.
• Commercial understanding and experience managing P&L.
• Experience of working with sponsors.
• Experience of working with sales teams.
• Experience representing and presenting the organisation to external partners.
• Knowledge of marketing/communications/partnership activities.
• Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities to drive CIPD's growth, reach and reputation including content providers, sponsors, academic bodies, and think tanks.
• Managing commercial partner accounts and leading sponsorship partner selection, retention and management.
• Acting as CIPD's subject matter expert on partnership governance and management.
