Job summary

Vodafone UK in Newbury is hiring a senior partnerships professional to shape and manage strategic alliances for Vodafone Business UK. You’ll define partner strategy, build executive‑level relationships and translate partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.

This hybrid, 37.5‑hour role collaborates across Product, Sales, Marketing and Delivery to align objectives, drive growth and maximize value from key relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic partner or alliance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned partners, acting as the primary point of accountability for the overall relationship
• Define and maintain partner strategies aligned to VBUK priorities, ensuring each partner has a clear role within our partner portfolio
• Develop, mobilise and govern JBPs that drive mutual value, clear commitments and measurable outcomes
• Build and maintain strong executive and senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment and sponsorship of strategic priorities
• Identify and shape opportunities that support VBUK growth ambitions, commercial priorities and strategic initiatives
• Act as the bridge between partners and internal stakeholders, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Procurement and Delivery teams around agreed objectives
• Ensure partners are effectively embedded into VBUK GTM activities, propositions, customer opportunities and strategic programmes where relevant
• Provide strategic insight and recommendations on partner opportunities, risks and investment priorities, ensuring VBUK maximises value from key relationships
