Job summary

The Rosalind Franklin Institute is seeking a Senior Business Engagement Manager to lead the development and management of our portfolio of industrial relationships, partnerships and commercial opportunities.

You will work with Challenge Leaders and senior researchers to connect our world-class science with external organisations across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, health tech, engineering, AI and data science.

• Experience in industry engagement and forging external collaborations.
• Ability to connect scientific capabilities with business opportunities.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and deal-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of industrial relationships and partnerships.

• Drive translational programmes, licensing opportunities and pathways to impact.
• Collaborate with researchers and Challenge Leaders to shape opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to researchers and professional services colleagues.
