Job summary

LMP Group, via LMP Education, seeks a Partnership Manager to drive referral strategies across Employability contracts and ensure target achievement and compliance. You will collaborate with delivery, administration and compliance teams to optimise the learner journey, monitor KPIs, and provide management information for partners and commissioners.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, authorities, and community organisations to maximise learner referrals.
Engage with referral partners and stakeholders through meetings and events to support contract delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and generate management information for stakeholders and commissioners.
Ensure compliance with funding rules, GDPR and safeguarding requirements across partnerships.
