City St George's, University of London, Bayes Business School seeks a Business Development Manager within Academic Operations to grow corporate partnerships and executive education opportunities. You will build a structured corporate pipeline, engage senior HR, Talent and Learning stakeholders, and collaborate with academic, recruitment and marketing teams to drive recruitment and commercial income.

• Degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of B2B business development, sales and partnership development.
• Experience in executive education, higher education or a Business School environment.
• Experience building corporate pipelines and managing relationships.
• Engaging senior stakeholders with proactive communication and influence.

Responsabilités

• Develop corporate relationships to generate student recruitment opportunities.
• Build and manage a structured corporate pipeline and maintain records.
• Plan targeted outreach and engage HR, Talent and Learning stakeholders.
• Represent the School externally and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with academic, recruitment, admissions and marketing teams to support recruitment growth and School targets.
