You will identify opportunities, build strategic employer relationships, and develop compelling programmes in collaboration with academic and professional services colleagues across York. The role may involve occasional evening events and some travel to York.

• Experience in business development, employer engagement, or income-generating activity.
• Ability to develop projects and partnerships from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication and project leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
