Job summary

York St John University is seeking an ambitious Executive Education and Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Executive Education and employer engagement at our London Campus. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and develop commercially viable programmes with academic and professional services colleagues.

You will work closely with York to create a joined-up university offer and contribute to broader knowledge exchange initiatives,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, employer engagement, or income-generating activities.
• Ability to develop projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication and project leadership skills.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Executive Education, professional development and employer engagement at the London Campus.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
• Develop partnerships with employers, professional bodies and external partners.
• Collaborate with York-based colleagues to create a joined-up University offer across Knowledge Exchange.
