Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking a Partnership Lead to join a fast-growing technology business across insurance and financial services. You will work across strategic partnerships, project delivery and product, with exposure to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Experience within partnerships, project delivery, product or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to take ownership.
• Exposure to fintech, banking, insurance or API-driven technology would be a big advantage.

Responsibilities

• Owning and developing relationships with key partners across banking, insurance and technology.
• Identifying new partnership opportunities that support the company's growth.
• Leading partnership projects and integrations from initial conversations through to delivery.
• Coordinating across product, engineering and commercial teams.
• Working with partners and clients to make integrations and onboarding as seamless as possible.
• Helping build the processes needed to manage a growing partner ecosystem.
