Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Partnerships Advisor to join the DGFS Partnerships team. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert communications and engagement support to help deliver fleet transformation and service improvements.

Working with operational teams and partners, you will translate complex information into clear messages, develop engagement plans and manage change to support government objectives and organisational priorities.

Qualifications

Experience developing and delivering planned communications and engagement activities, including audience planning and messaging.
Experience leading engagement with diverse stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Experience supporting complex change programmes through effective communications and engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of communications and engagement activity supporting fleet priorities.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the Environment Agency and Defra Group as a trusted adviser.
Develop stakeholder engagement plans, including workshops, meetings and events.
Translate complex fleet information into clear, accessible communications for diverse audiences.
Provide engagement guidance to project teams to support successful outcomes.
