Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Partnerships Advisor to join the Partnerships team within Defra Group Fleet Services. You will lead communications and engagement to support fleet transformation, sustainability initiatives and service improvements across the Environment Agency and Defra Group.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, shape engagement approaches, and support change programmes with clear, impactful messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planned communications, engagement or consultation activities.
• Experience leading engagement with diverse stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear communications for varied audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including briefings, presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of communications and engagement activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across EA and Defra Group.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans including workshops, briefings and events.
• Translate fleet-related requirements into clear engagement materials.
