Job summary

You will join the Wellcome Sanger Institute as the Oracle Fusion Workstream Lead, providing senior functional leadership for the SP&O workstream across procurement and supply chain within a major ERP transformation. You will align business needs with an Oracle Fusion solution, ensuring readiness for deployment and go‑live while coordinating stakeholders across partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes including P2P, S2C, supplier management and inventory.
Experience leading a procurement/supply chain workstream within a major ERP implementation or transformation.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Experience with solution design, testing, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead the SP&O workstream, coordinating resources and representing business requirements.
Shape Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain solution design for end‑to‑end processes.
Drive supplier enablement, onboarding, data readiness, testing and adoption of the Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal.
Lead SIT/UAT and end‑to‑end testing; prepare teams for deployment with data migration and go‑live activities.
Manage relationships with implementation and delivery partners and escalate risks as required.
