Job summary

Wellcome Sanger Institute in the United Kingdom is seeking an Oracle Fusion Workstream Lead to drive the SP&O workstream within a major ERP transformation. You will align business needs with the Oracle Fusion programme, SI partners and implementation teams to deliver end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes.

The role requires strong procurement/supply chain expertise, stakeholder influence, and experience leading solution design, testing and deployment readiness in a complex programme.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes (P2P, S2C, supplier management)
• Experience leading a procurement/supply chain workstream in a major ERP transformation
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience leading engagement through solution design, testing and deployment readiness
• Strong programme delivery and problem-solving skills; handle competing priorities
• Excellent communication; translate risks and recommendations for varied audiences
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement or SCM is valuable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead the SP&O workstream, coordinating resources and representing business requirements within programme governance
• Shape Oracle Fusion Procurement and supply chain solution design for end-to-end processes
• Drive supplier enablement, onboarding, data readiness, testing and adoption of the Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal
• Lead testing and QA including SIT, UAT and end-to-end process testing
• Prepare teams and suppliers for deployment through business readiness, data migration, cutover and go-live activities
• Manage relationships with implementation and delivery partners, monitor performance and escalate risks
