Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of buying operations and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with requisition-to-PO and procure-to-pay processes.
• Proficient in ERP/e-procurement systems and Excel reporting.
• Experience in procurement operations and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own requisition-to-purchase order workflows in Oracle Fusion and ensure progress aligns with controls.
• Identify blocked or overdue purchasing activity, assess risks and coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and resolve PO, receipting, invoice and delivery issues.
• Analyze data to spot trends and drive workflow improvements and automation.
