HSBC Holdings plc in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure organisation (CTOi). You will lead operations, strategic finance, workforce and vendor management to deliver measurable cost reductions and simplification while aligning with CTOi priorities.

You will develop business cases, define long-term vendor strategies, provide executive reporting and risk insight, and oversee optimisation planning to ensure

Qualifikationen

Proven experience driving operational performance and commercial optimisation across finance, workforce and vendor management.
Experience managing large vendor service arrangements and multi-million contracts.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Technology, Procurement, Finance and Risk.
