Satair UK Limited, Airbus Services Company, seeks a Business Operations Manager to oversee PMO governance, facilities, IT, procurement and vendor relations. You will support the Managing Director and leadership team, drive operational excellence, and coordinate cross-functional projects across the organisation.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business, strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to improve processes and compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Fast and decisive learner in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, accurate, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Flexible, collaborative team player with cross-team support.
• Compliance mindset with attention to Health & Safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage corporate governance and operational PMO projects to support executive decisions.
• Support process integration and automation to modernize workflows.
• Undertake administrative and project support tasks for the MD and team.
• Develop governance metrics in Skywise and prepare data analysis sets.
• Develop Skywise dashboards and data sets to support governance.
• Prepare monthly reports for procurement and tender activities.
• Lead end-to-end local tender processes and vendor evaluations.
