Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet Europe is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with the global COO and senior leaders, driving strategic priorities, performance, and transformational change across a complex global organization. Based in Paddington, London, the role operates on a hybrid model with three days on site and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or senior business operations.
• Experience in consulting firms or internal strategy/COO Office is desirable.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to translate strategy into priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional projects and business initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
• Design and manage executive review processes with KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership forums and governance meetings to support decision-making and execution.
• Deliver strategic analyses across financial, operational, customer, and market data.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and decision-support materials for leadership and board decisions.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and People to drive alignment.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance decision support and improve COO Office productivity.
• Develop executive communications and change narratives for internal and external audiences.
