Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a hands-on Business Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager and leadership team. You will translate data into insights, coordinate leadership rhythms, and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

You will own recurring reporting, manage workstreams, and prepare decision-ready materials for executive leadership, ensuring progress and accountability across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ relevant experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, Program Management, or similar field.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, business intelligence, and project or workflow management tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular business reporting, translating performance trends and risks into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyse commercial performance to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align KPIs, targets, and performance measures.
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and business updates, turning complex information into clear recommendations.
• Track key priorities, actions, and decisions, ensuring progress and accountability across leadership.
