Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Operations Integration Specialist to bridge planning and performance across major capital projects. Based at a Thames Valley site on a hybrid basis, you will coordinate outages, analyse data, and lead stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery aligns with operational needs and investment plans.

The role requires a Full Driving Licence and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Good understanding of engineering solutions and environments.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate data to drive performance.
• Full Driving Licence required for site travel.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Operations across the project lifecycle, ensuring sign‑off and managing delivery expectations.
• Plan and coordinate operational outages, align with schedules and manage outage requests.
• Analyse site conditions and performance data to identify risks and constraints.
• Lead stakeholder engagement via meetings, workshops and progress reviews.
• Support on‑site delivery with testing and alignment between operational needs and investments.
