Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Operations Integration Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. You will embed operational requirements from the start of the project lifecycle, bridging Capital Delivery with Operations to drive compliance, resilience, efficiency and performance.

You will be on-site as required and travel between Crawley, Dorking, and Earlswood. The role emphasizes delivery, stakeholder management and ensuring solutions are practical for day-to-day use, with a hybrid 36-hour

Qualifications

Delivery of projects meeting commercial/technical and operational objectives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of catchment implications on site performance to inform decisions.
Awareness of legislative frameworks impacting delivery.
Self-starting, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Bridge project delivery and operational excellence from the front lines, ensuring solutions are practical and ready for day-to-day use.
Engage with local site teams to understand performance constraints and flag risks to delivery.
Monitor project progress from an operations perspective and coordinate with internal and external parties.
Lead meetings, workshops, and site access processes to support delivery.
Collaborate with planning to align investment plans with operational requirements.
