Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking an Operations Integration Specialist to ensure projects are designed with operational readiness from day one. You will bridge Capital Delivery with Operations, driving compliance, resilience and performance while representing Operations during delivery and on-site activities.

You will lead workshops, manage site access, and monitor projects to align with investments and operational requirements, with extensive stakeholder engagement and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Self-starting, resilient and tenacious while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety systems, processes, and procedures.
• Full UK Driving License required.

Responsibilities

• Embed operational requirements from the start of the project lifecycle.
• Bridge project delivery and operational excellence to drive compliance and performance.
• Represent Operations to ensure solutions are practical and ready for day-to-day use.
• Manage and facilitate meetings, workshops and progress reviews; manage site access requests.
• Monitor project from an operational perspective and liaise with stakeholders.
• Identify gaps between investment plans and operational requirements.
• Be present on site as required to own activity and reduce frontline impact.
