Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst for our Telford-based Operations Team. The role combines governance, planning and process improvement across practice leadership, with a hybrid 2-days onsite pattern.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered, manage reporting, risks and dependencies, and support recruitment and capacity planning. The contract is 6 months at £210 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, business analysis, resource management or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with planning, reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support business operations, governance and strategic planning.
• Manage reporting, RAID logs, risks and dependencies.
• Support financial, resource and capacity planning.
• Assist with recruitment and resourcing activities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Practice.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support HR and Practice-related processes.
• Deputise for the Business Operations Partner when required.
