Qualifications

• Comfortable working across virtual teams and directing external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the programme's Operational Cost Baseline Management Plan.
• Oversee complex commercial and economic modelling for the 60‑year operational cost estimate.
• Raise maturity of operational cost management to match capital expenditure.
