Job summary

Talon is seeking a Client Manager to be the gatekeeper for a portfolio of agency clients, delivering outstanding service, managing campaigns from brief to delivery, and collaborating with buying, creative and tech teams.

You will present plans to clients, grow relationships, drive OOH strategy using Talon Atlas and other tools, lead a team, and help meet KPI targets while upholding Talon's values.

Qualifications

• Commercially aware and client-focused
• Experience in UK OOH planning is a plus
• Experience of working in data-focused roles
• Strong relationship management across levels
• Strong commercial acumen and business-minded approach

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a portfolio of clients across a range of agencies.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish with other departments on buying & delivery.
• Create best-in-class responses to briefs and PCAs.
• Present work to clients and agencies with senior support.
• Proactively grow OOH opportunities across your client portfolio.
• Resolve client/campaign issues and coach your team to do the same.
