Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking a Client Manager to act as the gatekeeper in servicing key client relationships and coordinating across internal teams to deliver optimal OOH campaigns. The role involves managing workloads, understanding Talon initiatives, and developing the Executive within the team.

You will lead client servicing for a portfolio, collaborate with multiple departments on buying and delivery, and drive opportunities to expand OOH across your client base while leveraging Talon Ad-Tech

Qualifications

• UK OOH planning experience or extensive communications planning experience on high-spend clients.
• Strong relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage people and motivate them to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on servicing a portfolio of clients across agencies.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish with cross-department collaboration.
• Create compelling responses to briefs and accompanying documents.
• Present work to clients and agencies with senior leadership support.
• Build and maintain agency relationships and lead client meetings.
• Proactively identify opportunities to sell in OOH and Talon Ad-Tech.
