Job summary

Talon is seeking a Client Manager to lead client servicing across a portfolio of agencies, managing campaigns end-to-end and coordinating with buying and delivery teams. You will craft compelling responses to briefs, present plans to clients with senior leadership support, and develop the team while driving opportunities to grow OOH business.

The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally across internal Talon teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services in media or advertising.
• Strong client facing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret client briefs and translate to action plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on servicing a portfolio of clients across agencies.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish with buying & delivery teams.
• Create best-in-class responses to briefs and PCAs.
• Determine the best OOH plan using Talon products and services.
• Present work to clients and agencies with Senior leadership support.
• Attend meetings with clients and agencies across your patch.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell OOH and Talon Ad-Tech.
• Resolve client/campaign issues and coach your team.
