Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London seeks an Occupancy Planner to oversee and provide tactical occupancy planning expertise in space demand, capacity and planning for a client portfolio. You will handle day-to-day change requests, project support, and maintain occupancy analytics across regions.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 5+ years in corporate real estate, strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CAFM software and space management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of five+ years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications.
• Strong analytical, presentation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day change requests, project space planning and solution development.
• Client relationship management and project coordination.
• Site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis.
• Develop current and forecasted Stack Plans and space plans.
• Monitor demand/supply against the approved plan and support workplace strategy.
