Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in London is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support one of our largest occupier accounts, delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the UK.

You will act as the day-to-day contact for a global technology client, manage multiple assignments, oversee governance, cost, quality and risk, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, client-facing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• MRICS qualification.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a major global technology client, building trusted long-term relationships.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from workplace upgrades through to large-scale office transformations.
• Oversee project governance, programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer JCT contracts and manage procurement processes.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Project Management business
