Job summary

Laboris Solutions is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own global procurement, shape sourcing strategy and support manufacturing growth. You will build and manage an international supplier network, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings while ensuring supply chain resilience.

The role requires proven experience in strategic procurement within engineering/manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on planning with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One advantageous).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Procurement or Purchasing within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience purchasing complex electronic components and assemblies.
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, precision-engineered parts and raw materials.
• Strong international sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One would be advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and global sourcing activities.
• Develop and manage an international supplier network.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and supplier contracts.
• Drive cost savings, value engineering and procurement efficiencies.
• Take ownership of material planning, forecasting and supply chain resilience.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production and Finance.
• Have a genuine influence on business performance and continuous improvement.
