Job summary

MHR is seeking a New Business Sales Executive to drive new business revenue in the Payroll and HR market. You will own your pipeline, build relationships with prospective customers, and lead consultative, value-based conversations from opportunity through to close.

You will identify challenges and position MHR as a trusted partner to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll join a collaborative team and use our CRM and processes to keep forecasts accurate, sharing market insights and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in new business development and B2B sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the new business sales pipeline and revenue targets.
• Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations from opportunity to close.
