Job summary

MHR is seeking a payroll professional to lead daily operations within a fast-paced payroll environment. You will plan and allocate activities, monitor schedules, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll tasks, while engaging with customers to drive service improvements and ensure SLA alignment.

You will expand your technical payroll knowledge, maintain GDPR standards, and help coach the team, ensuring compliant processes and strong client relationships across the Managed Payroll function.

• Plan and allocate daily payroll activities, monitor schedules, and ensure all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Build capability in stakeholder management by engaging with customers, supporting service improvements, and ensuring delivery aligns with SLAs.
