Job summary

Claranet Limited is seeking a Network Product Manager to own the development and launch of network products and services, aligning roadmaps with customer needs and strategic growth.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Technology Practices, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, secure managed network solutions leveraging SD-WAN, SASE, MPLS, and managed LAN, while driving repeatable product processes and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, commercial and market understanding of managed network services.
• Experience turning customer needs into scalable, commercial product propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product lifecycle management from ideation to end of life for the Infrastructure portfolio.
• Create strategic product visions and roadmaps driven by market and customer insights.
• Develop live product views to support strategy and customer transformation goals.
• Lead cross-functional product design with internal/external teams to deliver repeatable products.
• Build relationships with internal teams, partners and suppliers for lifecycle support.
• Contribute to go-to-market propositions with marketing, sales and engineering teams.
• Provide product training and support to sales to win and retain business.
• Monitor competitive landscape and product performance metrics.
