Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Network Planner - Occupancy to develop and maintain occupancy schedules and oversee delivery through internal teams or partners. The rolebased from Exeter/Bristol office focuses on collating network occupancy data accurately to minimise disruption and maximise operational delivery.

You will analyse plans, liaise with regional colleagues and stakeholders, prepare management reports, keep guidance up to date, and manage Abnormal Loads and Utilities requests in the

Qualifications

• Experience with road space planning procedures and systems.
• Experience in highway maintenance and/or technical administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and producing management reports.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the effectiveness of plans and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with regional Operations teams and stakeholders to optimise availability.
• Deliver timely engagement and updates to stakeholders on occupancy and reports.
• Keep information, manuals and guidance up to date for regional teams.
• Manage Abnormal Loads and Utilities requests, following procedures.
