Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a commercially minded National Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key national accounts across grocery, pharmacy and healthcare retail channels. This field-based role involves UK travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth and strong customer partnerships.

You will build JBPs, lead negotiations and reviews, and analyse category data to drive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a National Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharmacy or Health & Beauty.
• Proven success managing major retail accounts and driving commercial growth.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic relationships with key grocery and healthcare customers.
• Build and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, distribution and category performance.
• Lead customer reviews, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Analyse market, EPOS and category data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Deliver sales, profit and KPI targets while managing promotional investment effectively.
