Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Project Buyer to join a high-performing procurement function in London, supporting major engineering and construction projects across the lifecycle from bid through delivery.

You will work with pre-construction, commercial, operational, and project teams, develop procurement strategies, manage multiple packages, and travel to regional offices as needed.

Formación

• Proven procurement experience in construction, engineering, or M&E sectors.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Flexible travel to project and regional offices.

Responsabilidades

• Procure materials, equipment, and supply chain solutions within budget and specifications.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies delivering best value and reduced risk.
• Engage suppliers early during bid/pre-construction to secure capacity and drive value.
• Manage multiple procurement packages in a fast-paced project environment.
• Foster supplier relationships to improve value and reduce risk.
