art’otel Hoxton is seeking a Meetings and Events Sales and Planning Executive to drive enquiries, convert bookings and coordinate with hotel departments to hit targets.

You will work with PR/Marketing, understand competitor products, manage bookings and payments, and contribute to a creative hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Meetings & Events sales or planning.
• Strong liaison across hotel departments to meet KPI targets.
• Ability to convert enquiries via portals, email and phone.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and convert M&E enquiries through portals, emails and calls.
• Build strong links with hotel departments to hit targets and budgets.
• Work with PR/Marketing Manager and GM&E Sales Director to align with business needs.
• Understand competitors and adjust selling strategy with senior manager.
• Be responsible for all bookings and payments.
