Job summary

The Doyle Collection is seeking a Meetings and Events Executive in London to drive reactive Groups, Meetings and Events sales for The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury and The Kensington. You will report to the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events, London, and focus on revenue growth and client conversion.

You will maintain high levels of professionalism and customer care in every interaction with clients and booking agents, act as an ambassador for our hotels, and handle workload with independence

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and KPI targets set and agreed upon on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
• Achieve set groups, meetings and events revenue budgets (team goal).
• To maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care during all interactions with existing and potential customers, clients and booking agents.
• Be empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for your own workload.
• To act as an ambassador for hotels and the company in all client, guest and internal interactions.
• Complete all other duties and requests as assigned by the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events.
