Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong commercial capability including pricing, margin management and supplier relationship management.
• Experience as Managing Director or equivalent with P&L ownership.
• Breadth to operate across purchasing, operations, sales and administration.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to implement change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue, gross margin and profitability with monthly reporting and budgeting input.
• Lead product management and supplier relationships with overseas partners.
• Manage stock levels and inventory controls, including reorder planning.
• Drive customer growth, pricing strategy and key accounts across channels.
• Lead systems improvements and formal purchasing and reporting controls.
• Direct site operations including health & safety, premises and day-to-day management.
