Medlock Partners in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead all aspects of the finance function, report to the Managing Director and Board, and shape the group’s financial strategy during a period of growth.

The role is hands-on and senior, requiring deep experience in manufacturing finance, governance, risk and capital planning, with a clear pathway to broader business leadership, including potential succession planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with senior financial leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and Boards.
• Proven ability to drive profitability and business improvement.
• Strong commercial Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic financial objectives.
• Lead the finance function with governance and controls.
• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Support commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements.
