McCormick in Haddenham, UK (hybrid) seeks a Material Planner to manage long-term planning across the UK network and own inventory levels to balance service and cash. Collaboration with NPD, procurement and supply is essential to maintain governance of the planning cycle.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, with FMCG/production planning experience preferred, and strong Excel and ERP skills, enabling effective communications and multitasking across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in a planning role in production or warehouse environment (food or FMCG preferred).
• Team-oriented and collaborative environment experience.
• Strong IT skills and numeracy.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio of materials planning across the UK network.
• Manage inventory to balance service level and cash.
• Collaborate with NPD, procurement and supply to govern the monthly planning cycle.
• Identify capacity or supply gaps and communicate with impacted stakeholders.
• Lead short-term regional availability management.
• Develop long-term material requirements with suppliers and procurement.
• Drive service level agreements with key suppliers.
• Implement material supply management capability framework.
