Job summary

Benenden Health is seeking a Marketing Planning Manager to lead across the marketing function from our York office, blending strategy with delivery in a hybrid model. You'll coordinate the integrated marketing plan, oversee budgets and performance, and drive operational improvement to maximise commercial value while keeping governance and controls in check.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll shape how teams work together, providing insight, reporting and visibility across marketing

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management.
• Experience driving operational improvement or business change.
• Background in Marketing Operations, Projects or Transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and maintaining a single integrated marketing plan.
• Providing oversight of marketing activity, budgets, priorities and performance.
• Producing insights and reporting for senior leaders.
• Leading projects that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and ways of working.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve collaboration.
• Supporting the adoption of new technology, automation and AI solutions.
• Working with stakeholders across the business to remove blockers and improve delivery.
• Acting as the central point of visibility across the marketing function.
